  • Cut from a variety of fresh B.C. rockfish
  • Fillets are skin off, pin bone in
  • The lean meat has a delicate, nutty, sweet flavour
  • Snapper is the most widely used local finfish
  • Fillets are approximately 3 to 7 ounces each

Handling & Storage

  • Keep product well iced, between 1º to 4°C in the cooler
  • Allow water to drain, avoid direct contact with water
  • Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
