  • Cut from thawed 11 – 18 lb. head off wild, troll caught, frozen at sea Spring Salmon
  • Skin on, boneless fillets, average about 4 – 7 lb. each
  • Highest fat content of all Wild Salmon

Handling & Storage

  • Refreshed fillets have less elasticity due to having been frozen, so careful handling is a must
  • Always pick up and support the fillet with two hands
  • Process immediately and store well-iced. Avoid leaving product sitting in ice melt. Re-ice daily.
  • Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
