  • Very buttery texture, rich and salty, with a sweet, mildly fruity finish

  • Preferred size for raw half shell use

Handling & Storage

  • Store in cooler 1º to 4º C, covered with a wet cloth and ice, and allow water to drain
  • Keep accompanying shellfish tag on file for 90 days
